12:30 Check-in at St. Francis Preforming Arts Center located at 431 W Berry St, Fort Wayne, IN 46802.

• We recognize that the Covid-19 infections are increasing in Allen County and throughout the state. CTN's staff and board of directors have been very purposeful in planning an event that is as safe as possible, while also being as fun as possible! We have conferred with the Allen County Department of Health and are able to continue with the event as planned.

• As a reminder, masks will be required at all times unless you are seated at a table at one of the six microbreweries. Participants not abiding by this requirement will be asked to no longer participate and their ticket will be accepted as a gift to CTN. Participants will be required to have their temperature taken at check-in and indicate they do not have any Covid-19 symptoms and have not been around anyone diagnosed with Covid-19 in the last 14 days.

• Participants are expected to stay in small groups of no more than six when at the breweries and should not move between tables. We need to control contact and interaction as best as possible. We can make this a fun and safe event if we follow these guidelines. We've purposefully limited participation this year to ensure better social distancing.

Check-in:

• Maintain the six-feet distance between your party and other guests.
• Temperature checks are required and will be documented upon arrival.
• COVID-19 Health Screen and Liability Waiver as well as an event liability waiver must be signed in order to participate.
• Masks are required everywhere except when seated at a table in the breweries.
• Be patient with CTN staff and other guests.

During Event:

• No more than 6 people in a party at one table.
• Do not wander from your table unless using the restroom.
• Be patient with brewery staff and other guests.
• Masks are required everywhere except when seated at a table in the breweries.
• Wash your hands often with soap and water for at least 20 seconds or use hand sanitizer.
• CTN will have hand sanitizer on each van and will regularly disinfect vehicles between boarding and disembarking.

Please be patient as we have added couple more safety precaution steps to check-in this year.

Hop On takes you and your party to multiple breweries around Fort Wayne. CTN provides participants with circulator transportation between the breweries, allowing everyone to stay for as little or as long as they'd like! This CTN fundraiser is a fun way to give back to your community, enjoy our local breweries and meet new people all while CTN does the driving. We look forward to you joining us, Cheers!
